Felix M. Lasarte is the founder and managing partner of The Lasarte Law Firm. He has been practicing law in the areas of zoning and governmental relations since 1994 and practiced for many years at large national law firms before opening his own firm in 2008. 

 

Mr. Lasarte advises clients on governmental regulatory and procurement issues in South Florida. He represents national and local developers with zoning and permitting issues from the inception of the project to the completion. Mr. Lasarte also counsels local and national firms who contract with governments in South Florida. 

 

Mr. Lasarte is active in local and national politics and served as the Chairman of the Miami- Dade Expressway Authority Board of Directors for two (2) years and on the Board for six (6) years and also served on the Board of Directors of the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority. 

 

Mr. Lasarte received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University.
